05.28.07 | The Wedding Happened!
Last night was the big wedding. Actually, it was a big party with a wedding ceremony tucked in the middle. What a great night it was! My bride Kathy looked absolutely beautiful; the room was full of love from our friends and family; there was great music, food and drink.

The outpouring of love that night was just another example of how blessed Kathy and I are!

Hopefully I'll be able to post a few pictures of the hang. Look for updates in this area.

Haven't been posting very regularly here, but hope to be more active now, and in the future. Perhaps a blog page is in order.

I just added a "downloads" page to this site, and the first dl available is the handout from a jazz improvisation presentation I did at the New Mexico Music Educators conference a couple of years ago.

It outlines a couple of approaches that jazz improvisers can use to build a vocabulary. Just go to the "downloads" page and click on Clifford Brown's face! I hope you find something useful in it. And if you do, please drop me a line and let me know. Or, if you have any questions or suggestions, send those along as well.
